Desirable Skills/Qualities:
The application is open to anyone who has completed their bachelor’s degree. Master’s and Ph.D. candidates would be preferred. If you are seriously considering pursuing a research career in entrepreneurship, management, marketing, or organizational behavior, you should consider yourself a good fit for this position.
We are looking for a potential RA who can learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and work hard. Additionally, they should possess good communication and academic/research writing skills. Previous experience collecting primary data from entrepreneurs or managers will be preferred (however not necessary).
Responsibilities:
Assist the academic team in the research project with a variety of research and coordination tasks, including (but not limited to) coordinating meetings, data collection, literature review, transcriptions, data mining, data analyses, drafting research reports, and other outputs. The responsibilities might also include teaching assistance-related tasks, such as preparing teaching materials, case studies, exercises, and assessments.
Stipend:
₹ 25,000/month (consolidated)
Duration:
Initially 3 Months with a potential of extension of another 3 months subject to individual performance.

Project Details:
The project is a part of the Women Entrepreneurship Research Alliance (WERA), a joint initiative of Symbiosis International University, India, and Deakin University, Australia. The project aims to understand the factors that facilitate or impede entrepreneurship (especially from women and underprivileged groups) and equip entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs with the skills to identify, assess, and pursue opportunities for new ventures in resource-constrained environments using a lean approach.
