Creating Sustainable Ecosystem for Women Entrepreneurs
SCEI’s Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme (WEDP) assists aspiring as well as early-stage women entrepreneurs to start and scale a business with ideas that match their talents, interests, and skills. The program is a unique blend of live trainings, group and individual mentoring sessions, experiential tasks including fieldwork for market research, and constructive feedback on the venture’s progress.
The program is delivered by entrepreneurs, investors, and expert professionals. The participants also get support from the Women Entrepreneurship Wing (WeW) of SCEI. WEW takes the nurturing support one step ahead by offering services like incubation, one-on-one mentorship, and connecting to market specialists.
WEDP helped upgrade all that plus give the right direction to actually putting theory into practice. The course content was good and impactful. The mix of mentors was well thought out. Overall, for me WEDP was just the thing I needed at that point in time.
