The purpose of signing an MOU is co-incubation opportunities, support respective incubated start-ups in different regions of Maharashtra and Bihar as well. Also, this MoU would enable SCEI to co-conduct pre-incubation programmes and entrepreneurship bootcamps in the state of BIHAR along with CIMP and B-HUB.
